Before the beginning there was only Chaos. Existing unbound by time, there is no continuity or structure to build a physical or tangible reality. Capable of limitless imagination, Chaos is capable of experiencing every possible conception of existence. Alone they shape dreams to experience every desire and fantasy. Without struggle, these desires carry no meaning. In defiance of this emptiness they reimagine their dreams with struggle and challenge and growth but still they find no meaning as they know they are the architect of their struggle. As water holds no shape without a vessel pushing against it, limiting its formless nature, Chaos cannot find fulfillment without a vessel of limitations to hold their shape. Chaos reimagines their dreams to hold shape, to carry limitations, and to be unchangeable so they cannot control their experience. To do so they create Laws that determine the structure of their environment and in so doing create Time. With Laws and Time, they discover otherwise unimaginable worlds and beauty in the form of unbridled creations. In these newfound worlds the experiences are more profound and they feel something for but a moment that inspires them in ways they had not imagined. Unfortunately, this feeling is fleeting as every world with every arrangement of laws they can muster is absolutely predictable from beginning to end and while they are new and beautiful, they are no more mysterious than the formless dreams. It is this lack of mystery that intrigues Chaos. To enter the unknown, to seek adventure, experience desire, and be held to the uncertainty of their own meaning as they face the trials of their own existence, may just be the ultimate journey. Chaos dives deeper into the laws and imagines Probability. The basis of these worlds shall be physical structures that hold shape in Space and Time through cause and effect but exactly where they will be and how they will interact will have the most subtle adjustments making every moment a matter of chance and as such the worlds will be no longer predictable. The experiences only then could be mysterious, and struggle turn to suffering, as they seek what it is they truly desire. Uncertain of what, or how they can assure themselves of it, or if they will even possess the vessels capable of channeling such grandiose intention. With this new system of laws both causal and probabilistic, static becomes electric, they spark the beginning of our world and cannot see where it goes or how it ends. As these material laws of nature settle and the first particles take shape, Chaos permeates to experience all that this world has to offer.

In our beginning, all was one. Space and time bound to a single point as it burst forth as explosive expansion, creating the first particles to shape our reality. Through laws of heat, gravity, electromagnetism, nuclear forces, and probability, particles attracted and repelled to form the first elements. These elements in sufficient quantity possessed greater energies and formed the first stars. As the powerful reactions of stars expelled newer, denser elements, the base components of asteroids, comets, and satellites rocketed through space eventually settling into larger stable orbs that could maintain steady orbits around the stars. On one such star, life began.

It all began with a strange occurrence as a chemical compound of ribonucleic acid carried information, changing how particles interacted. Over time, the complexity of this information formed the first single celled organisms.
